All items come with 30 day (30 days from the original invoice date) replacement warranty unless advertised differently.
After 30 days, each product carries each own individual manufacturer warranties, as offered by the manufacturer directly.
We will not accept any item that has physical damage. Physical damage is any damage that is not caused by any normal wear and tear. If we receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
If the merchandise is defective, please contact us for RETURN MACHANDISE # for replacement. If the product is tested defective after we received, we will ship a replacement to you, otherwise the same item will be shipped back and     your account will be charged for re-shipping fee (should be paid prior to re-shipping takes place) or 15% restocking fee.
