Since last year eBay enforced a new payment system on to the sellers(managed payments).
Even though buyers still may choose to use PayPal, sellers may not we are required to use the managed payment system.
What this means to buyers, is there is a delay in the funds you send to eBay for your items purchased.
In the past the transfer was seamless and instantaneous under PayPal.
The time  changes I have experienced with the managed payment process it is now taking
3 to 6 days
for your funds to make it into the sellers account.
Due to this change my handling time has been updated to reflect this delay. Please understand once I receive the payment I will be sending the package out ASAP.
If a purchase is on a Friday it adds some time as the delays seem to be bank hours related.
I apologize for this delay.  This is not me flaking out. I have been selling on eBay since June of 2000 with 100%feedback.
