Service is for a complete rebuild for Polaris Rear Brake Caliper #1910226
This caliper is used on many different models in the late 1990's and early 2000's.
THIS PURCHASE IS FOR 1 BRAKE CALIPER REBUILD SERVICE.
Your choice of swap for one already done or rebuild your existing caliper.

Overview
1. Ship Existing Caliper - Customer Ships Existing Caliper To Us.
2. Disassemble caliper and remove piston and O-Rings.
3. Mill out the area for the brake pad pins as these tend to get stuck over time of riding and make replacing the pads in the future very difficult.
4. Drill and tap a new brass bleeder screw.  These were originally steel bleeders and over time they tend to seize up against the aluminum and break when trying to bleed the brakes.
5. Clean caliper and hydro blast the aluminum housing.
6. Install new: O-Rings and Gaskets, Piston, Stainless Steel Hardware and Adjustment Bolt, Stainless Steel Brake Shoe Pins, New Brake Shoes.
