    I won this bidding blindly at an auction.  I am not an expert regarding this item, but this appears to me to be the correct description.  The item looks to be unused to me, open box.  Selling as used to be safe.  The photos detail the condition.
    I plugged it in, I do not see the readout lighting up.  I am not sure the issue, seems to be a problem with the power.  I am guessing something straightforward, but item is sold as is.  The following was the description from the auction:
