Description
Offered for your consideration is a nice looking vintage 2mm square cut sapphire eternity band in 14k yellow gold. The ring is a size 5 & 1/2 and cannot be sized. The ring is 2.6mm wide. The weight of the ring is 1.7 grams. The band is not stamped 14k but I did acid test it and it is solid 14k gold. The sapphires go all the way around the band. The stones are not worn or damaged. The sapphires are lab grown corundum as compared to natural mined from the earth sapphire. The square cut sapphires are not worn or damaged and they are a very bright royal blue color. The sapphires are set in such a way as to be free floating or freely sliding in the channel. There is a slight gap at one point between the sapphires where there wasn't enough space to add an additional stone thus creating a very small space. You don't really notice it as the stones slide against each other as the ring is rotated. There is a matching size 5.5 square cuty ruby eternity band in another listing I have now. Estate find.
