I bring to your attention  rare handmade petrol lighter.
This lighter was made by prisoners.
The  working, there is flint. no gas (for safety)
Lighters of this type were made to order for the prison administration.
They were made for a gift, as well as for exchanging for cigarettes and tea (cigarettes and tea is the currency that is used inside the prison).
Lighter has flint (there is a spark)
Not fueled for safety reasons when transporting an airline.
