Vintage Pistol Flintlock Table Desk Top Lighter Unmarked Parts or Repair

For your consideration we have a Vintage Dunhill Style? Pistol Flintlock Table Desk Top Lighter.  This doesn't have the Dunhill markings on the underside like other ones on Ebay do. It also looks like there is a piece missing on top. I do not know if this Dunhill and I do not know if anything else is missing.
